Lemon Herb Butter

This recipe is a wonderful addition to any kitchen. The lemon aromatic oil gives the butter a fresh note that goes perfectly with the fresh herbs. The butter is versatile and adds a special note to vegetables, meat and sauces.

Products

75 gbutter or margarine
1 ELfresh herbs, chopped
1 pinchsalt or to taste
2 dropsLemon Aroma Oil from set
1 pieceFlavouring oil set with recipe ideas
1 pieceEmpty containers set (6 pcs.) dropper for brown glass bottles/

Instruction

  1. Soften the butter in a bowl at room temperature (do not melt in a pan)
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a whisk or food processor.
  3. Pour into a screw-top jar or other container and refrigerate or freeze in portions (e.g. in an ice cube tray)
