Lemon Herb Butter
This recipe is a wonderful addition to any kitchen. The lemon aromatic oil gives the butter a fresh note that goes perfectly with the fresh herbs. The butter is versatile and adds a special note to vegetables, meat and sauces.

75 g | butter or margarine |
1 EL | fresh herbs, chopped |
1 pinch | salt or to taste |
2 drops | Lemon Aroma Oil from set |
1 piece | Flavouring oil set with recipe ideas |
1 piece | Empty containers set (6 pcs.) dropper for brown glass bottles/ |
Instruction
- Soften the butter in a bowl at room temperature (do not melt in a pan)
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a whisk or food processor.
- Pour into a screw-top jar or other container and refrigerate or freeze in portions (e.g. in an ice cube tray)
