What to do when children feel sad? When trouble with friends, at school or sensory overload don’t let them calm down in the evening, sometimes even cause tummy ache? With a fragrant foot or stomach massage in the evening, I give my children loving attention, relaxation and comfort. The scents help them to “digest” the day better.

Did you know? A 0,5% dilution of essential oils would correspond to 1–2 drops on 15ml base oil. You might want to add a few drops more, since mandarin, vanilla and lavender are really very mild and suitable for children. For children under 3 years, use only one drop of vanilla and one drop of mandarin.

Instruction
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Warm a drop of the resulting oil on the palm of your hand and gently massage the child’s feet or belly.
