Hazelnut Cookie Macaroons

Products

100 gaquafaba (liquid drained from a jar of chickpeas)
1 pinchof baking powder
100 gicing sugar
2 dropsof Cookies aroma oil
250 gground hazelnuts
2 ELcacao nibs
30 piecewhole hazelnuts
1 pieceFlavouring oil set with recipe ideas

Instruction

  1. Whip aquafaba with a small pinch of baking powder with a hand mixer until stiff (several minutes). Slowly trickle in the icing sugar
  2. Add 2 drops of Cookies aroma oil
  3. Gradually fold in the ground hazelnuts until the consistency is paste-like (approx. 250g-300g)
  4. Using a piping nozzle or two teaspoons, make balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Decorate with a hazelnut if desired
  5. Bake for approx. 35 min. at 150°C convection oven (depending on size)
  6. Let cool and store in a tin can
