Tahini Lemon Dip
The earthy, nutty notes of the sesame paste (tahini) and the tangy freshness of the lemon unite wonderfully in this dip, which goes fantastically with oven-baked vegetables. If there is any left over, dilute a little and enjoy as a dressing for a carrot or red cabbage salad.
