Couscous Salad with Orange Twist
This couscous salad is a refreshing and versatile side dish that has a fruity tang thanks to the special aroma of the orange oil. Ideal for warm summer days or as a light lunch.

250 g | couscous |
250 g | cherry tomatoes, quartered |
1 piece | salad cucumber, deseeded and diced |
1 piece | spring onion, finely chopped |
1 Portion | mozzarella pearls sachet (about 60g) |
2 EL | olive oil |
2 EL | apple or white wine vinegar |
1 drops | Orange Aroma Oil from the set |
1 TL | sambal oelek |
1 piece | Flavouring oil set with recipe ideas |
1 piece | Empty containers set (6 pcs.) dropper for brown glass bottles/ |
Instruction
- Cook the couscous according to the packet instructions.
- Combine olive oil, vinegar, orange oil and sambal oelek for the dressing, season with salt and pepper as required.
- Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!
