This specialty from Madagascar is only available in limited quantities. The essential oil is pressed from the peel of the giant cedrat lemons, which are otherwise mainly known as candied fruit for baked goods. The scent is reminiscent of lemon and also a little of bergamot. The properties of the essential oil are comparable to the scent of lemon: refreshing, invigorating and uplifting.
