Open the inhalter tube and remove the wick. Drip 1 - 3 (children) to 3 - 8 drops (adults) of the selected essential oils onto the wick, put it back into the cover and close it tightly with the lid. Sustainability tip: After a few months of use, the inhaler tube can be recycled. The lid be opened with a sharp object (at own risk). Clean with water and dish-washing liquid and let it dry thoroughly. Use the "wicks for metal inhaler tube" for a fresh refill or a strip of absorbent cotton pad.
