High up on the steep and rugged massifs of Val d'Anniviers, at 2000 meters above sea level, the magnificent Swiss pine form a forest that challenges the harsh climate of the Valais Alps. They face strong winds and icy snowy winters. During the summer, these trees are surrounded by blue gentians and babbling mountain streams, and when the needles are heated by the first rays of the sun, they release a wonderfully fresh and aromatic perfume.
